Registration and Payment

  • All delegates must register online through the official conference website of ISPGHANCON 2025.
  • The above registration fees is inclusive of government taxes as on May, 2025.
  • Registration closes on 15th October 2025.
  • The organizing team reserves the right to approve delegate registrations received after 15th October 2025 at its discretion.
  • Payments are to be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot for the conference 
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 
  • Delegates have to submit the necessary documents as per the category of registrations. 
  • The organizing committee can cancel the registrations, if found that details shared are not correct and the delegate will not hold the committee responsible for the same. 
  • Workshop registrations are separate and not included in main conference registration.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/ debit card, bank transfer, QR Code/ UPI and other methods specified on the registration portal. 
  • All registrations will be confirmed within a minimum of 3 working days after the receipt of full payments.
  • Conference registration and payment are mandatory to attend the Pre-Conference Workshop.
  • Delegates may select any one of the three workshop topics listed below. (Pediatric Endoscopy Workshop , Pediatric Acute Liver Failure Workshop, Pediatric Histology Workshop)
  • The details of the pre conference workshop venue and timing will be announced soon. Meanwhile you can be in touch with the organizing committee for any further details required
